Registration fees are in US dollars. No taxes applicable.

* Guest registration fee includes admission to the exposition and the Gala Dinner. Guest tickets are for spouses and significant others only and do not apply to co-workers and associates within the industry. Guest registration does not allow access to the symposium and plenary sessions.

Payment is accepted by credit (Visa, MasterCard).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and received by the EVS36 Secretariat at EVS36secretariat@jpdl.com before the dates shown below:

On or before May 1, 2023: Cancellations will be accepted, with full refund after the Symposium minus a $50 USD administration charge.

After May 1, 2023: No refunds will be accepted or processed.

Transfer of Registration

Registrations are transferable from one person to another. A handling fee of $50 USD will be charged. All requests for changes must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat (see contact information at the bottom of this page).

Visa to Travel to the USA

A foreign national travelling to the United States to conduct temporary business need a visitor visa (B-1), unless qualifying for entry under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).

A letter of invitation may be required. A letter of invitation will be issued once the registration form and payment have been received and validated by the Congress Secretariat.
