Media Credentials

How to register for EVS36 as a member of the media:

Qualified journalists may apply for media credentials to obtain complimentary admission to EVS36. After reviewing the requirements below, please submit an email request with credentialing verification to communications@evs36.com. Requests for media credentials will be reviewed by the Electric Drive Transportation Association (EDTA).

Prospective registrants that meet eligibility criteria will receive a media confirmation code and instructions via email. (Please add communications@evs36.com to your safe senders list.) Use the confirmation code to complete your complimentary online registration at evs36.com/registration.

NOTE: EDTA reserves the right to refuse media registrations. Media representatives must be prepared to present organizational identification upon on-site registration at EVS36.

EVS36 Media Credentialing Requirements:

To be credentialed, please submit appropriate verification in digital format to communications@evs36.com, indicating the interested party meets at least one of the following descriptions:

• A journalist representing a commercial newspaper, magazine or website funded by subscription or paid advertising. An internal organization publication or website does not qualify as a commercial publication.
• A journalist representing a publication issued by a government agency, excluding contracted and/or support organizations.

Please note, freelance journalists must show documentation from a commercial news organization, as described above, that they are on assignment to cover EVS36.
