Jennifer Kwong is a technical leader on the transportation team at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) in Palo Alto, California. She received her master’s in transportation system engineering and urban planning from the University of California, Irvine, and her bachelors’ in civil engineering and geography from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her current work at EPRI focuses on translating passenger, medium, and heavy-duty vehicle behavior into load shapes for utility planning purposes to help the electric grid prepare for transportation electrification.

Pete Slowik is a Senior Researcher on the Electric Vehicles team, with expertise in electric vehicle technology, cost, and policy. His work supports local, regional, and national policymakers around the world who aim to accelerate the transition to all zero-emission vehicles. In addition to his research duties, Pete assists in the ICCT’s role as the Secretariat for the International Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Alliance. He also serves as the cluster coordinator for all of the ICCT’s city-based work. Peter holds an M.S. in Energy Policy and Climate from the Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Theodora is currently a postodoctoral researcher in the Electric Vehicle (EV) Research Center of the Institute of Transportation Studies, UC Davis. Her research interests include the adoption of emerging technologies, demand modeling, and survey design and implementation. Theodora obtained her Ph.D. and Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, USA, with a specialization in Transportation and Infrastructure Systems Engineering. She received her Diploma in Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece.
Bridging demand and supply: Investigating US EV production and financing the transition
Aditya Ramji

Aditya Ramji is pursuing his PhD at the Institute of Transportation Studies, University of California Davis. He has over 12 years of work experience in climate and energy policy and in the automotive industry leading EV strategy. He currently also manages the India ZEV Research Centre at UC Davis as part of the California India ZEV Partnership. His work includes focusing on key policy scenarios for ZEV transitions in both developed and emerging economies. He has also represented India at international forums including UNFCCC COP.
