Brett Williams, PhD, is Principal Advisor for EV Programs at CSE. He is a point person for EV market and policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and program design, strategy, and evaluation. Previously, he was an Assistant Adjunct Professor of Public Policy at UCLA, a postdoctoral scholar at UC Berkeley, and a researcher for Amory Lovins at the RMI. Brett has a PhD from UC Davis, a master’s degree Cambridge University (UK), and an undergraduate degree from Pomona College.

Her area of research is broadly on Electric Vehicles, the impact of financial incentives on buyers’ decision to purchase an electric vehicle, and equitable distribution of the incentives.
