Laurane is an Urban Systems Engineer, specialised in Public Transport planning and design. With 10 years’ experience worldwide, she is passionate about public transports, and demonstrated strong bus planning and network operations skills through projects around the globe (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, France, Australia, New Zealand). Laurane is leading WSP Australia's national Zero-Emission Bus (ZEB) capability. She is involved in several Zero-Emission bus transition projects across Australia, building on the wide knowledge and experience of the Global WSP ZEB team. She recently relocated to Paris, France where she enjoys seeing electric buses at every street corner.

Tim Hettesheimer is researcher at Fraunhofer ISI since 2010 and project manager in the Competence Center Energy Technologies and Energy Systems at Fraunhofer ISI since 2017. He studied general mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). He completed his doctorate at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. His research focuses on battery technologies and energy efficiency in industrial production processes and value chains.

Yanning Li is currently a PhD candidate at the Plug-in Hybrid and Electric Vehicle (PH&EV) center of the Institute of Transportation Studies (ITS) at the University of California, Davis. She graduated from ETH Zurich with a MSc in Energy Science and Technology, and has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University. Yanning’s research is focused on grid integration of plug-in electric vehicles.
